The price was competitive with other counter depth fridges that offer good value for money. It comes with a deli drawer that other models don't offer. It's quiet, energy efficient and attractive. It's not clear why they left out the covered butter shelf by the door

I have made numerous calls to customer service regarding this and once was sent the wrong thing (the metal racks that fit in an oven), another damaged top and after almost 2 months no freezer shelf. The hold time for each call is at least 20-30 minutes. So there is no quality control and no customer service. I will not buy a hot tub again.
