We offer fast, free shipping on most orders over $50 (before tax, if applicable) to the continental United States. Shipping charges may apply to some oversized/overweight products.

All in-stock items ship in two days or less.

Shipping Information

PleaseMake sure the shipping information provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any loss including missing packages, damaged packages, losses due to delays and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment method is pre-authorized for the purchase.

Then we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will de-authorize and contact you via email. If your items are available for immediate shipping (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipping.

We do not currently ship products to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands or the US Virgin Islands. We also do not currently ship outside of the United States.

If your order is in stock and we process your credit card charge, it will be shipped within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours after your order has left the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us withinthreeworking days after placing your order, please feel free to contact us atbestellungen@outboundpower.com.

All delivery times quoted by Outbound Power or the carrier are estimates. Delivery times are subject to natural events and other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given based solely on order shipments outside of the estimated delivery window.

Returns

We strive to make the return process hassle-free and hassle-free.

To ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible, we ask all customers to observe the following requirements.

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days from the item's dispatch date to request a return. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns more than 30 days after the item has been dispatched.
2. Most items can be easily returned within 30 days of the shipping date. To initiate a return, please contact us atreturn@outboundpower.com. If the return is accepted, we will send the customer a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging.
4. We may request confirmation of certain details as to why an item is being returned for inspection or whether it is a warranty request.
5. The customer bears the return costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
6. To ensure your refund, please use a trackable postal service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the return package, the item will be inspected and a full refund issued to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address provided with the original purchase.

Refunds are processed as soon as the refund request is approved - this means the money leaves our account immediately. If a refund has not yet been received, first check the bank details again. Then contact the payment method company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. We have seen that some credit card companies take up to 30 days to prove that the refund has been posted back to the card.

Exchange

The quickest way to exchange an item is to order it separately when accepting the return. Depending on stock availability, we may be able to initiate a direct order for the exchange product after the original item has been returned.

cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to the point of dispatch. If the order has been shipped, the customer bears the return costs. Refunds will only be given for the original method of purchase.

damage

The customer must check the packaging upon arrival. If there is any damage, the customer should note it when signing for the delivery. If the item arrives damaged, the customer must send photos toreturn@outboundpower.comand we process an insurance or warranty claim on behalf of the customer.
